Jersey Mike's prices IPO at $23 per share on NYSE as JMKE

Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. has priced its initial public offering of 43,478,261 shares of Class A common stock at $23.00 per share, according to a press release from the Tinton Falls, N.J.-based company.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: JMKE) on July 30, 2026, with the offering expected to close on July 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Existing stockholders have granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6,521,739 shares to cover over-allotments at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Jersey Mike's says it intends to use proceeds from the issuance of 13,782,609 shares to repay certain debt and for general corporate purposes. The company will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the existing stockholders, including any shares sold through the underwriters' over-allotment option.
Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and J.P. Morgan are serving as global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers. Barclays and Guggenheim Securities are co-global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers. A registration statement on Form S-1 was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 2026.
Jersey Mike's operates more than 3,300 franchise locations across the United States and Canada.
