Serhii Kupriienko resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer (Global) of Swarmer, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWMR), effective July 26, 2026, according to a statement from the company.
Kupriienko notified the Board of Directors of his decision and simultaneously resigned from the same role at Autonomous Robotics Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Swarmer.
He will remain a member of the Board until the company's 2029 annual meeting of shareholders.
Alexander Fink, who holds the title of Chief Executive Officer (U.S.), will continue to serve as the company's principal executive officer. Swarmer said it does not intend to appoint a successor to the Chief Executive Officer (Global) role at this time.
