Energous Corporation (NASDAQ: WATT) announced that its PowerBridge Pro+ transmitter has received FCC certification, expanding the company's portfolio of certified wireless power products for enterprise use.
The PowerBridge Pro+ combines radio frequency wireless power delivery with integrated Bluetooth Low Energy gateway functionality in a single device. It is designed to deliver over-the-air power to compatible ambient IoT devices and integrates with the company's e-Compass platform for monitoring, analytics, configuration, and control across enterprise IoT deployments.
The device is intended for use in warehouses, logistics facilities, manufacturing environments, and multi-site operations. Energous states the product is designed to reduce the infrastructure required to deploy battery-free IoT networks in those settings.
With the addition of the PowerBridge Pro+, Energous' FCC-certified product portfolio now includes three transmitters: the PowerBridge Pro+, the 2W PowerBridge Pro, and the 1W PowerBridge Lite.
"The FCC certification of the PowerBridge Pro+ was the green light we needed to begin commercially deploying our end-to-end wireless power solution," said Mallorie Burak, CEO and CFO of Energous. "It's an important regulatory milestone that expands our certified portfolio in the U.S. and positions us to accelerate commercial deployments for new and existing customers."
Burak noted that active customer programs span semi-perishable goods inventory tracking, national grocery operations and cold chain management, and asset tracking across manufacturing facilities.
Energous has scheduled its second quarter 2026 investor conference call for 4:30 p.m. EDT on August 12, 2026.
