Verisk Analytics CIO Nick Daffan to depart, CTO to take interim role

Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ: VRSK) announced that Nick Daffan will step down as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer effective August 3, 2026.
Daffan, who has been with the company for more than 20 years, will transition to a Strategic Advisor role through the end of 2026.
Jeff Negrete, the company's current Chief Technology Officer, will serve as interim Chief Information Officer while retaining his existing responsibilities.
Daffan's separation terms will follow Appendix A of the Verisk Analytics Senior Executive Severance Benefits Plan, as disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 5, 2022.
