ZIM shareholders approve CEO pay deal and compensation policy

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (NYSE: ZIM) announced that shareholders voted in favor of both proposals at an Extraordinary General Meeting held July 28, 2026.
The approved measures include a new compensation policy for the company's directors and officers, and an employment agreement with Chen Lichtenstein, who was recently appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer.
ZIM is an Israel-based container liner shipping company founded in 1945, with operations across more than 90 countries.
