Onfolio evaluates acquisitions and asset divestitures in strategy shift
Onfolio Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONFO, ONFOW) said it is evaluating a range of strategic options, including acquisitions, transformational transactions, and the sale of underperforming assets, according to a press release issued July 28, 2026.
The company, which owns and operates online businesses across marketing, education, and e-commerce, said the moves are intended to shift toward a more focused portfolio while maintaining its public listing.
Onfolio said it plans to prioritize acquisitions that are immediately accretive and will consider transactions it described as capable of reshaping its business. The company also said it intends to divest assets it considers underperforming in order to concentrate resources on higher-performing operations.
CEO Dominic Wells said in the statement that the company has an active pipeline of acquisition opportunities. "Through an accretive M&A strategy and active management of the existing portfolio, we believe we can reshape Onfolio into a stronger, more focused company that creates sustainable long-term value for shareholders," Wells said.
No specific transactions, timelines, or financial terms were disclosed in the announcement.
