VSee Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSEE), a telehealth and digital health solutions provider, announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a strategic review to evaluate potential transactions and partnerships aimed at increasing shareholder value.
The company said it is engaged in late-stage discussions with potential strategic partners and is pursuing those discussions on an aggressive timeline. The board is considering a range of alternatives, including strategic partnerships, business combinations, mergers, acquisitions, licensing transactions, and capital formation initiatives.
"VSee has built a differentiated virtual care platform with meaningful customer relationships and significant long-term growth potential," said Imo Aisiku, Chief Executive Officer of VSee Health. "We believe our current market valuation does not fully reflect the strength of our technology, our business or the opportunities ahead."
The company cautioned that no assurance can be given that the review will result in any transaction or other strategic outcome. VSee said it does not intend to comment further unless the board approves a specific transaction or determines additional disclosure is required.
The announcement is based on a press release issued by VSee Health on July 28, 2026.
