Pluri Inc. (Nasdaq: PLUR) announced that its subsidiary, Cellav Health and Aesthetics Ltd., has completed the cosmetic regulatory registration and notification process in the United Kingdom, clearing the way for a commercial launch of its regenerative aesthetics product, Regenativo+.
The product has been notified on the UK Cosmetic Product Notification (UKCP) portal. Regenativo+ is described as a plant-derived treatment designed for professional aesthetic use.
Pluri cited the UK medical aesthetics market as estimated at approximately $900 million in 2026, and the broader European market as exceeding $7.5 billion in 2025, according to third-party sources the company has not independently verified.
"Following our recent regulatory achievements in the United States, we continue to build the foundation for a global commercial business, focused on regenerative aesthetics, longevity, and wellness," said Yaky Yanay, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pluri.
Cellav CEO Katty Dowery said the company is "actively advancing commercial discussions with aesthetic clinics, distributors, and strategic partners in the UK while continuing to pursue additional regulatory registrations and commercial opportunities in other international markets."
The UK registration follows regulatory progress Cellav previously reported in the United States. Cellav is a subsidiary built on Pluri's proprietary 3D cell-expansion platform, which the parent company also applies across therapeutics, agri-food technology, and contract development and manufacturing services.
