Nasus Pharma names Brendan O'Grady as new CEO

July 28, 2026 7:30 AM EDT

Nasus Pharma Ltd. (NYSE: NSRX), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on intranasal drug delivery, has appointed Brendan P. O'Grady as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 27, 2026. O'Grady succeeds Dan Teleman in the role.

O'Grady brings more than three decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 21 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he rose to CEO of Teva USA and Executive Vice President of North America Commercial. He also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Assertio Holdings (Nasdaq: ASRT).

According to a statement from the company, O'Grady's initial focus will include advancing the commercial strategy for NS002, the company's lead product candidate being developed as an intranasal epinephrine treatment for anaphylaxis, as well as pipeline and business development efforts.

Nasus Pharma said it plans to initiate a pivotal trial for NS002 in the fourth quarter of 2026, with topline data expected in the first quarter of 2027.

"NS002 presents an opportunity to address a significant unmet medical need in the treatment of anaphylaxis and represents a growing $2 billion market opportunity," O'Grady said in the statement.

Board Chairman Udi Gilboa said the appointment is tied to the company's increasing focus on pre-commercial planning as NS002 advances toward a pivotal trial.

Nasus Pharma said it will file a Report on Form 6-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission containing additional details about the appointment.
