Accendra Health names new CIO and chief procurement officer

Accendra Health, Inc. (NYSE: ACH), a Richmond, Va.-based home-based care company, has announced two leadership appointments in its information technology and procurement divisions.

Nicholas Piecora was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in May, reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer Edward Pesicka. Piecora has been with the company for nearly 20 years.

Agnes Ansay has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, reporting to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Leon. Ansay brings more than 10 years of global procurement experience, most recently serving as Head of Global Procurement for IT, facilities, engineering, and manufacturing at Grifols. She previously held senior procurement and sourcing roles at Amazon, Starbucks, Nordstrom, and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Ansay holds an MBA from Purdue University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Olivet Nazarene University.
