Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) has appointed Ronald M. Goldstein to lead professional sports licensing on its NIL Vault platform, according to a company statement.
Goldstein, who has more than 35 years of experience in legal, regulatory, and licensing matters, will direct the structuring of officially licensed programs for current professional athletes and legacy athletes. The company said Goldstein has already begun licensing assets through the NIL Vault initiative, including programs tied to the estates of Josh Gibson, Roberto Clemente, and Yogi Berra.
The announcement also references an embedded banking and payments arrangement with Fiserv, Inc., first disclosed in a Fiserv release dated July 21, 2026. Under that arrangement, Fiserv is set to provide embedded financial services and payments infrastructure for Datavault AI's planned NIL exchange platform, enabling payment wallets and associated debit cards intended to allow participating athletes to receive, manage, and access funds earned through sponsor relationships.
"With Ron Goldstein now leading professional sports licensing, we are accelerating value creation for current athletes and historic legacies alike," said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI.
Datavault AI is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
