ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) has opened its API to all customers, including trial accounts, expanding a native integration with Zapier that previously was limited to a subset of paid plans, according to a press release from the company.
The integration allows ZoomInfo data to serve as a trigger or action within Zapier workflows. ZoomInfo's database, which the company says spans more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals, is accessible through the ZoomInfo app on Zapier's platform.
The two companies track more than 7,000 mutual customer organizations across their shared partner network. Removing the prior access restriction makes the integration available to a larger portion of those customers.
"Zapier customers have been asking for deeper ZoomInfo data inside their workflows for years. Opening API access to every account, including trial, means any team can build that automation the same day they connect the app," said Dennis Sevilla, EVP and CMO at ZoomInfo.
Navid Zolfaghari, Chief Sales Officer at Zapier, said: "Opening the API to every customer means any team, developer or not, can build a workflow that catches a buying signal, enriches the record, and gets a rep moving in minutes."
The Zapier integration connects through GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's API layer, which also supports integrations with Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT. ZoomInfo says the integration uses direct data access rather than periodic exports, and follows the same permissioning and audit logging applied to its native platform.
