Jennifer Hyman, a member of the board of directors of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL), has notified the company that she will retire from the board effective November 16, 2026, the day before the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Hyman, a Class I director, has served on the board since 2018 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and ESG Committee.
According to a statement from the company, her decision to retire is to shift her focus to new endeavors and is not related to any disagreements with the company over its operations, policies, or practices.
