Dyadic regains Nasdaq compliance, stock to remain listed

Dyadic International, Inc. (NASDAQ: DYAI) announced that Nasdaq has confirmed the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(a)(2) and 5550(b), allowing its common stock to continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Mark Emalfarb, Chief Executive Officer of Dyadic, said in a statement: "We are pleased that the Nasdaq continued listing matter has been resolved and that Dyadic's common stock will continue to be listed on Nasdaq."
The Jupiter, Florida-based biotechnology company, which operates under the name Dyadic Applied BioSolutions, develops recombinant protein solutions across life sciences, food and nutrition, bio-industrial, and biopharmaceutical markets.
