Ouster names Shaluinn Fullove as chief people officer

Ouster, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUST), a lidar and perception technology company, has appointed Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer, according to a press release from the San Francisco-based company.
Fullove joins Ouster's Executive Leadership Team and will report directly to CEO Angus Pacala. She brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, with prior roles at Google, Lyft, Nest, and General Motors.
At BrightDrop, a GM subsidiary, Fullove scaled the organization over two years while serving on the GM HR Executive Team. She also held roles involving international operations across Europe and Asia.
In her new position, Fullove will oversee talent acquisition, organizational design, and workforce development across Ouster's global operations. Her responsibilities include building what the company describes as public-company grade people infrastructure and unifying its workforce spanning research and development, engineering, and go-to-market functions.

Ouster, headquartered in San Francisco, operates across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, providing lidar sensors, cameras, and perception software for industrial, robotics, automotive, and smart infrastructure applications.
