Playboy names two executives to lead licensing and growth

Playboy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLBY) has appointed Krystle Bach as Vice President of Global Licensing and Partnerships and Radhika Bansil as Senior Director of Growth, according to a company statement. Both roles are effective immediately, with each executive reporting to David Miller, Playboy's President of Media & Brand.

Bach joins from Authentic Brands Group, where she served as Vice President of Brand Operations. She has previously held leadership roles at Coach, Cole Haan, Victoria's Secret, and Juicy Couture. In her new role, she will oversee Playboy's global licensing business, which the company describes as one of its largest revenue-generating segments, with a focus on consumer goods, apparel, lifestyle, home décor, beauty, and hospitality.

Bansil joins from Dorsia, where she led growth across partnerships, marketing, business development, and operations. She previously held growth roles at Drift and Wayfair. At Playboy, she will oversee subscription member acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, as well as product development and events strategy.

"Krystle has a proven track record scaling world-class licensing businesses, and she'll lead our global expansion into new categories and partnerships," Miller said. "Radhika brings sharp growth instincts and operating discipline that will accelerate our subscription business."

The company also noted that its summer issue featuring Cara Delevingne generated 5 billion media impressions and nearly 30 million social impressions, and that its spring issue featuring Karol G sold out on newsstands in April.
