Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU), a McLean, Virginia-based cybersecurity company, has scheduled a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel in August 2026 to appeal a delisting determination it received on July 10, 2026.
The delisting notice was issued in connection with the company's failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(1). Cycurion requested the hearing, which stays any suspension or delisting action pending the outcome and any extension period the panel may grant.
The company's common stock is expected to continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "CYCU" at least through that period. At the hearing, Cycurion intends to present a plan to regain and maintain compliance with Nasdaq listing standards, according to a press release statement.
