GameSquare Holdings (NASDAQ: GAME) announced that its YouTube creator platform TubeBuddy has launched an AI-powered tool that generates personalized video recommendations for creators, drawing on each channel's own data, audience comments, and niche signals.
The tool uses a multi-stage large language model that analyzes four proprietary scored inputs and ranks potential video ideas by signal strength, while displaying the reasoning behind each recommendation to the creator.
Since TubeBuddy began marketing the feature in early July 2026, new subscriber additions to the platform have increased by approximately 10%. The feature has recorded the highest activation rate among comparable TubeBuddy web tools, with users saving approximately 34% of recommended ideas and rejecting approximately 11%.
Users who activate the tool are converting to paid subscriptions at approximately 3.69% within seven days, compared with approximately 0.34% for non-activated users, a roughly 10-fold difference. The company said early conversion performance is exceeding that of its Keyword Explorer tool, which it described as historically one of its stronger-converting features.
"For creators, deciding what to make next is a constant challenge," said Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare. "TubeBuddy can now turn the unique signals within a creator's own channel into personalized, actionable recommendations."
