Wetour Robotics signs $20M warehouse robotics deal across 20 US sites

July 22, 2026 8:00 AM EDT

Wetour Robotics Limited (NASDAQ: WETO) announced that its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Wetour Travel Tech LLC, has entered into a definitive 24-month multi-site commercial agreement with an undisclosed international trade and logistics company operating warehouse facilities in the United States.

The agreement includes $500,000 in non-refundable committed fees for an initial deployment planned in Pennsylvania. The framework allows for expansion to up to 20 warehouse sites, with each additional site requiring a separate written Site Authorization. If the full rollout is authorized and completed, aggregate fees could reach $20 million. The $20 million figure represents the maximum potential value and is not a guaranteed revenue commitment or firm purchase obligation.

Under the planned initial deployment, warehouse workers would use the company's Orchestra platform alongside its Conductor wrist-worn neuromuscular interface and VisionLink visual intelligence module to support hands-free task execution, workflow confirmation, and human-machine coordination. The deployment is also intended to generate multimodal data for training and evaluating robotic systems in live operating environments.

"This agreement establishes a repeatable site-level commercial model for Orchestra," said Nan Zheng, Chief Executive Officer of Wetour Robotics. "It combines near-term workforce enablement with the real-world multimodal data required to train physical AI and robotic systems, while creating a path to scale across a broader warehouse network."

The customer's identity and facility details were not disclosed due to confidentiality obligations. Either party may terminate the agreement, in whole or in part, upon five days' written notice. The customer is not obligated to authorize additional sites beyond the initial $500,000 commitment.
