Legends Global to manage Venu's Oklahoma amphitheater in fall 2026

Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) has selected Legends Global to manage day-to-day operations at its Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, according to a press release from the company.

Under the agreement, Legends Global will oversee facility operations and maintenance, vendor and service management, staffing, and contract administration at the 12,500-seat venue, which is targeted to open in fall 2026. Legends Global will also coordinate with artists, performers, and touring teams on show logistics and work alongside food and beverage partner Aramark Sports + Entertainment on hospitality and retail services.

VENU will retain oversight of all sponsorship agreements and continue to book the venue directly through its internal booking team and promoter partners, including Live Nation.

"We are excited to pair Legends Global's operational expertise with VENU's vision for premium, experience-driven live entertainment at Regent Bank Amphitheater, a strong addition to our portfolio," said Josh Kritzler, president of North American venues and content at Legends Global.

Legends Global states it currently supports more than 450 venues worldwide, including Acrisure Amphitheater in Grand Rapids, Michigan, F&M Bank Amphitheater in Long Beach, California, Caesars Superdome, U.S. Bank Stadium, Soldier Field, and Target Center.

Regent Bank Amphitheater was developed through a public-private partnership between VENU and the City of Broken Arrow. The venue features more than 230 Luxe FireSuites and an Aikman Club created in partnership with NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman.
