Comprehensive Healthcare Systems Inc. (TSXV: CHS) (OTCQB: CMHSF) has signed a three-year third-party administrator agreement with the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 726 Benefits Fund, according to a press release from the Calgary-based company.
Under the agreement, CHS will deploy its Novus 360 platform to administer the fund's health, welfare, and related benefit programs. The platform will cover eligibility, enrollment, billing, compliance, reporting, and member communications through a cloud-based system.
The signing marks the fourth new client agreement CHS has secured since December 2025. The company previously reported a business development pipeline of over $20 million USD in a March 5, 2026 press release, and said it expects to convert prospects at a historical rate of approximately 30%.
ATU Local 726 provides health benefits to bargaining unit members, their spouses, and eligible dependents. CHS said Novus 360 will replace paper-based and fragmented administration workflows for the fund.
"ATU 726's leadership was very clear that they wanted a partner who understands the complexity of union benefit plans and can deliver both technology and services at scale," said Chris Cosgrove, President and CEO of CHS.
The Novus 360 platform integrates benefits administration, claims processing, utilization management, case management, pension administration, and member engagement into a single solution.
