American Express (NYSE: AXP) and ALL Accor, Accor's booking platform and loyalty program, announced a new global partnership rolling out beginning in 2026 across 12 locations, introducing elite status matching and a Membership Rewards points transfer option for eligible card members.
The partnership is launching in phases across Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
Eligible American Express Consumer, SBS, and Corporate Platinum Card Members will be able to match their status to an equivalent tier within ALL Accor, receiving ALL Accor Gold status. Benefits include free Wi-Fi, welcome amenities, late check-out, complimentary room upgrades subject to availability, and bonus ALL Accor points at participating Accor properties.
The partnership also adds a points transfer option, allowing eligible card members to convert American Express Membership Rewards points into ALL Accor loyalty points. Point conversion ratios will vary by location. Transferred points can be redeemed across ALL Accor's network of more than 45 hotel brands, dining, experiences, and more than 110 partners.
Accor's portfolio includes brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel. Further country-specific details are expected to be made available throughout the year, according to the companies' statement.
