Genesco shareholders re-elect nine board directors at 2026 meeting

Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) announced that shareholders voted to re-elect all nine director nominees to its board at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, according to preliminary voting results provided by its proxy solicitor.
The nine re-elected directors are Gregory Sandfort, Mimi Vaughn, Joanna Barsh, Matt Bilunas, Carolyn Bojanowski, John Lambros, Thurgood Marshall Jr., Angel Martinez, and Mary Meixelsperger.
The preliminary voting results are subject to certification by an independent inspector of elections. Genesco said final voting results will be reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Genesco is a Nashville, Tennessee-based footwear retailer operating more than 1,200 retail stores under brands including Journeys, Schuh, Little Burgundy, and Johnston & Murphy.
