DNP Select Income Fund to repay Series B notes at maturity
DNP Select Income Fund Inc. (NYSE: DNP) announced it will repay its 3.00% Series B Senior Secured Notes (CUSIP: 23325PA@3) in full at their maturity date of July 22, 2026, according to a press release from the fund.
The repayment will include the principal balance along with regular semi-annual interest due at maturity. The fund said it will finance the principal payment by drawing on its existing credit facility with a major commercial bank. Upon redemption, the notes will cease and terminate.
DNP Select Income Fund is a closed-end diversified investment management company focused on equity and fixed income securities in the public utilities industry.
