ICF wins $25M subcontract for Army Research Lab cyber services

ICF (NASDAQ: ICFI) has been awarded a subcontract task order through Parsons Corporation to provide cybersecurity technology and research and development services to the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory, according to a press release.

The contract carries a ceiling value of $25 million over five years, structured as a 12-month base period with four one-year options.

Under the agreement, ICF will support the laboratory's CARSIPMoD mission, which focuses on developing secure and resilient tactical networks for military field operations. Services will include artificial intelligence, machine learning, network science, systems administration, and modeling, simulation and testing.

"Mission success depends on staying ahead of rapidly evolving threats and quickly moving from research to real-world application," said Jennifer Welham, ICF senior vice president.

ICF states it has supported Army Research Laboratory cyber operations and R&D initiatives for nearly three decades. The company holds a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 designation, a federal cybersecurity standard for vendors supporting U.S. defense and civilian agency programs.
