Amazon Business hits $60B in annualized gross sales, serving 11M organizations

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) announced that Amazon Business reached $60 billion in annualized gross sales in the second quarter, serving more than 11 million organizations across 11 countries, according to a company press release.
More than 1.8 million new organizations joined Amazon Business in the first half of the year. The platform counts 97 of the Fortune 100 companies among its customers, along with hundreds of thousands of small businesses. Clients include Citi, Marriott International, Carnival Corporation, and the United Service Organizations.
Amazon Business-specific discounts saved organizations more than $1 billion worldwide in 2025, while Prime Business members saved more than $880 million in shipping fees globally last year. The platform's product selection grew nearly 30% globally this year, with expansion in categories including repair tools, fresh groceries, and office furniture.
The company has introduced several AI-powered tools, including Amazon Business Assistant, Savings Insights, and Spend Anomaly Monitoring, designed to help organizations manage purchasing and identify savings opportunities.
Amazon Business made more than half a billion deliveries worldwide last year. The company has begun deploying dedicated delivery trucks in 13 U.S. states, built for business delivery locations such as loading docks and mailrooms. The trucks run on compressed natural gas.
Prime Business recently added Amazon Quick, a personal AI assistant, as a membership benefit. Other recently added benefits include partnerships with CrowdStrike, Gusto, and QuickBooks. Amazon Business said these combined benefits can save small- and medium-sized businesses nearly $1,100 per year.
"As organizations look to do more with less, we're inventing new ways to help them save time and money," said Shelley Salomon, worldwide vice president of Amazon Business.
