July 21, 2026 9:01 AM EDT

Kraft Heinz (Nasdaq: KHC) and The Walt Disney Company announced a multi-year strategic alliance that will bring ten Kraft Heinz brands into Disney's North American parks, resorts, cruise line, and media platforms.

Under the agreement, brands including Heinz, Philadelphia, and Kraft Mac & Cheese will appear at hundreds of dining locations across Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla., and Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif., as well as on Disney Cruise Line sailings out of North America. New Heinz condiment stations and custom-designed equipment will be introduced throughout the parks.

The alliance also covers integrated marketing campaigns and digital content across Disney's media platforms. An early activation is planned for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event on August 14–16 in Anaheim, where Heinz will present new sauces from its Sauce Vault.

"Kraft Heinz and Disney are two companies that are woven into the fabric of family life," said Nicolas Amaya, President of North America at Kraft Heinz. "This alliance is about showing up together in the moments that matter most—whether at the parks or at home."

Becca Vodnoy, Senior Vice President of Corporate Alliances at The Walt Disney Company, said the collaboration would "build creative experiences for our consumers across our destinations, platforms, and fan touchpoints."

Kraft Heinz reported approximately $25 billion in net sales in 2025. Disney reported annual revenue of $94.4 billion in its fiscal year 2025 and is a Dow 30 company. Additional activations are expected to roll out across Disney properties throughout the year.
