DA Davidson analyst Peter Winter raised the price target on Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) to $84.00 (from $82.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "Mgmt remains confident in its ability to generate 100 to 150bp of POL in 2026 given a more positive revenue outlook, at the upper-end of guidance, as revenue investments are gaining traction and assuming 1 rate hike, while maintaining expense guidance of moderately increasing. With Capital ratios increasing, and an outlook for lower unrealized loss in AOCI and favorable proposed capital rules, ZION is back in the market repurchasing stock, after being on hold the past 3-years. Credit trends remain very strong. Maintain BUY and raising our PT to $84 (was $82)."
