Adara Technologies and Aurora Networks partner on broadband platform

Adara Technologies Inc. and Aurora Networks, a unit of Vistance Networks (NASDAQ: VISN), announced a partnership to deliver a hosted and managed Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) and Passive Optical Networking (PON) platform aimed at multi-gigabit broadband deployment.

Under the agreement, Aurora Networks contributes its broadband access hardware and software solutions, while Adara provides its cloud-native hosted management platform and managed services capabilities. Aurora Networks' portfolio of DAA and PON solutions is now available through Adara.

The combined platform supports both stand-alone fiber PON deployments and hybrid fiber-coax (HFC) distributed access architectures. Aurora Networks' offerings include virtualized access platforms, DAA solutions supporting DOCSIS 3.0, 3.1, and Unified DOCSIS 4.0, and PON platforms with support for 50G PON.

Adara is also an approved supplier to the National Content & Technology Cooperative (NCTC), serving independent broadband providers across North America.

The platform is scheduled to be showcased at NCTC's and ACAC's The Independent Show, July 26–29, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.
