Novartis CEO says will stay with drugmaker for next growth phase

Investing.com -- Novartis Chief Executive Officer Vas Narasimhan said Tuesday he intends to continue leading the Swiss pharmaceutical company through its upcoming growth period. The announcement came as the company prepares for several important trial data releases scheduled for the second half of 2026.
Narasimhan addressed journalists during a call following the company's second-quarter earnings report. When asked about his future plans, he stated there would be no changes to his current role at the drugmaker.
