Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Christopher McGratty raised the price target on Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) to $75.00 (from $71.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Very low credit costs supported an EPS beat, though PPNR was -$0.05 on higher expenses/lower NII and the latter weighed a touch on our 2H26/2027 expectations. ZION's valuation is now within a whisper of both Super Regional and SMID-cap peers, so EPS revisions (more so than further multiple expansion) will likely be the primary driver of the stock from here. We remain Market Perform owing to a balanced risk/reward."
