Omeros repurchases $14.5M of convertible senior notes due 2029

Omeros Corporation (NASDAQ: OMER) completed the repurchase of approximately $14.5 million in aggregate principal amount of its 9.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 on July 20, 2026, for a total purchase price of approximately $29.0 million, inclusive of accrued and unpaid interest and all other obligations.

The transaction was executed through privately negotiated agreements with certain noteholders, following the completion of an averaging period. The agreements were initially entered into on July 2, 2026.

Combined with a previously disclosed repurchase of $16.0 million in principal amount of Notes from the same holders, Omeros has repurchased and retired a total of $30.5 million in aggregate principal amount of the Notes. Approximately $40.3 million in principal amount of Notes remains outstanding following the completed repurchases.
