July 20, 2026 3:25 PM EDT

H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) amended its credit agreement on July 17, 2026, refinancing its existing term and revolving loans and extending their maturity dates to July 17, 2031, according to a regulatory filing.

Under the amendment, the company refinanced its existing term A loans with new loans totaling $420 million. The revolving credit facility was also refinanced and expanded, with certain lenders increasing their commitments by $100 million, bringing the total revolving credit facility to $800 million.

The interest rate margins on both the term A loans and the revolving loans were reduced by 25 basis points, or 0.25% per annum. The commitment fee rates and interest rates on the company's term loan B facility remain unchanged.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. serves as administrative agent under the amended credit agreement, which modifies the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement originally dated February 15, 2023.

Separately, a secured bridge credit agreement with Goldman Sachs Bank USA as administrative agent, which had been entered into on June 25, 2026, was terminated in connection with the amendment. The bridge facility had made available up to approximately $2.09 billion in borrowings. At the time of termination, no loans or other amounts were outstanding, no prepayment premium was incurred, and all accrued fees were paid in full.
