Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) has released its strategic priorities and intended operational milestones for the third quarter of 2026, according to a press release from the Philadelphia-based company.
Key objectives include the commercialization of its Project Qestrel token ($QEST) program, developed with Available Infrastructure, which involves a $1 billion tokenized phase-one deployment. The company states it will provide tokenization, clearing, valuation, and exchange services under contract as part of a planned 10-phase, $10 billion nationwide edge buildout.
The company also targets completion of its previously announced acquisition of NYIAX Inc., under a definitive agreement signed in March 2026, as well as the previously disclosed CyberCatch transaction. Datavault AI additionally aims to introduce a Data Vault Bank brand and complete the acquisition and renaming of a U.S. bank with a digital-asset charter.
Other stated goals include continued expansion of its SanQtum edge infrastructure toward 100 U.S. cities in the second half of 2026, development of several data exchange platforms — including the Information Data Exchange, the American Political Exchange, NIL Vault, and a Scilex Biotech Exchange — and execution of a Patriot Strategic Minerals tokenization program.
The company noted that several of its exchange plans are contingent on the passage of U.S. digital-asset legislation. The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R. 3633), known as the CLARITY Act, passed the U.S. House of Representatives in July 2025 and was placed on the Senate Legislative Calendar in June 2026, but has not been enacted into law.
"Our teams in the United States and internationally are focused this quarter on delivering customer solutions built on our patented blockchain and AI technologies," said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI.
Teri Gallo, CEO of NYIAX, said the combined technology is "designed to bring institutional-grade transparency to digital-asset trading" as U.S. market-structure legislation advances.
