Citi analyst Jon Tower reiterated a Neutral rating and $335.00 price target on Domino's Pizza (NASDAQ: DPZ).
Tower noted that expectations were low heading into second-quarter earnings, with shares down approximately 23% year-to-date. He said a modestly better-than-expected U.S. same-store sales figure of +0.1% versus a slightly negative Street estimate, and EBIT of $232 million versus the Street's $224.7 million estimate, partially offset weaker international same-store sales growth of -0.1% versus the Street's +0.6% expectation.
Tower said follow-through beyond any near-term share movement "will likely require commentary on the call suggesting that (a) US SSS have re-accelerated entering 3Q, (b) a more measured outlook for FY26 comp guidance and (c) competitive pressures have begun to ease."
Domino's Pizza shares closed at $322.18 in the prior session.
