Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 13, 2026, Veronica Sosa tendered to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Asana, Inc. (the “Company”) her resignation as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective as of August 7, 2026 (the “Effective Date”). Ms. Sosa is expected to remain in her role as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer through the Effective Date.
There were no disagreements between Ms. Sosa and the Company, and her departure is not related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company or any issues regarding accounting policies or practices.
