Hims & Hers chief accounting officer to resign in October

Hims & Hers Health (NYSE: HIMS) announced that Irene Becklund, its Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, has informed the company of her intention to resign, effective October 9, 2026.

Becklund has served as Chief Accounting Officer since April 2025 and as Principal Accounting Officer since November 2021. She indicated that her resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company's accounting principles, practices, financial statements, or disclosures.

The company has entered into an advisory agreement with Becklund, effective October 10, 2026, under which she will continue to support the company until July 10, 2027.
