Rosenblatt analyst Barton Crockett lowered the price target on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) to $75.00 (from $95.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "Netflix's 2Q26 earnings report post-close Thursday was a little squishy -- slightly light revenues, no great explanation for the revenue slow-down in the 3Q26 guide, or the implied 4Q26 re-acceleration in the full year guide, and yet another trim to disclosure details. We retain a NEUTRAL rating, and reduce our price target by $20 to $75, on a trim to 2027E + revenue and operating income, and presuming Netflix can trade at a 19x EV multiple of 2026E Adj. EBITDA, supported by an estimated 22% Adj. EBITDA CAGR versus 24x/24% multiple/CAGR assumptions formerly."
