UBS Asset Management to rename Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund
Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund announced that its Board of Trustees has approved a name change to "UBS Asset Management High Yield Credit Fund," effective on or about September 4, 2026.
The name change does not require shareholder approval, and no changes will be made to the fund's investment objective or strategies. The fund will continue to trade on NYSE American LLC under the ticker symbol DHY.
UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC serves as the fund's investment adviser and is part of the asset management business of UBS Group AG, headquartered in Zurich.
