Ohmyhome Ltd. (NASDAQ: OMH) announced it received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 13, 2026, stating the company's stock failed to meet the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The deficiency was based on the closing bid price of the company's Class A ordinary shares for the period from May 28, 2026, to July 10, 2026. The notification does not have an immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company's shares on Nasdaq.
Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the company has 180 calendar days, until January 11, 2027, to regain compliance. Compliance can be restored if the closing bid price of the company's ordinary shares is at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during that period.
If the company does not regain compliance within the initial period, it may be eligible for an additional 180-day extension, provided it meets other continued listing standards and submits written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency, which could include a reverse stock split.
According to a press release, the company is evaluating available options to regain compliance and intends to take measures to meet the minimum bid price requirement within the applicable compliance period.
