Trump Media launches Truth API data service for financial firms

Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT) announced the launch of Truth API, a business-to-business data feed providing licensed, real-time access to posts from high-ranking Truth Social accounts, according to a company statement.

The company said it anticipates the service will be available to institutional customers beginning August 1, 2026, and has already signed customers ahead of that date. TMTG is based in Sarasota, Fla.

Truth API is designed for high-frequency and algorithmic trading firms that require low-latency, machine-readable data. The feed delivers posts in milliseconds using industry-standard delivery methods, with 24/7 coverage and a historical archive of posts dating back to 2022.

The company described the product as its first data-licensing offering and said it expects the service to generate recurring revenue. "Markets already move on Truth Social posts," said Kevin McGurn, Interim Chief Executive Officer of TMTG. "Truth API delivers a direct, licensed, real-time feed of the platform's most market-moving Truths while advancing our strategy to monetize proprietary assets through a high-margin, recurring revenue stream."

TMTG said no official integrated API for Truth Social has previously existed, and that firms tracking posts on the platform have relied on manual monitoring until now.
