Harmony Biosciences posts record Q2 revenue, CFO steps down

Harmony Biosciences Holdings (NASDAQ: HRMY) reported preliminary, unaudited net product revenue of approximately $261 million for the second quarter of 2026 from its drug WAKIX (pitolisant), marking a 30% increase year over year and 21% growth compared to the first quarter of 2026, according to a company press release.
The Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based pharmaceutical company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 net product revenue guidance of $1.0 billion to $1.04 billion, citing first-half performance and current business trends.
"Demand remains strong, our commercial execution continues to deliver results and, based on our performance through the first half of the year, we remain confident in our ability to achieve full-year net revenue of $1.0 billion to $1.04 billion," said Jeffrey M. Dayno, M.D., President and Chief Executive Officer.
The company also announced that Chief Financial Officer Glenn Reicin stepped down effective July 16, 2026. Stephen Mollichella, Senior Vice President and Controller, was appointed Interim Principal Financial Officer while the company searches for a permanent CFO. Mollichella joined Harmony in 2021. The company stated Reicin's departure was not the result of any disagreement over company operations, policies, or practices.
Harmony Biosciences is scheduled to report full second-quarter 2026 financial results on August 4, 2026.
