Nocopi Technologies names VP of Growth after Polymeric Group deal
Nocopi Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: NNUP) has appointed Beth Vasy as Vice President of Growth, a newly created role focused on post-acquisition integration and commercial expansion following the company's acquisition of Polymeric Group in May 2026.
Ms. Vasy previously served as Vice President of Operations at Liquid X Printed Metals, a functional ink and printed electronics company, where she joined as the second employee and helped expand the business from an early-stage silver-ink startup into a multi-metal solution provider. She holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
Alongside the leadership announcement, Nocopi Technologies provided an operational update on Polymeric Group. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, unaudited preliminary net revenue increased in the mid-single digits compared to the same period in 2025. The company said operational integration is proceeding at both its King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Kansas City facilities, with both locations moving toward increased capacity utilization.
"The initial performance of Polymeric Group through June 30 has been resilient, validating the strength of their technology and the diversification of their broad customer base," said Kevin Westenburg, President of Nocopi Technologies.
Gregory S. Babe, Executive Director of Operations, said Ms. Vasy's appointment "substantially strengthens our execution capabilities at a critical juncture for the Company."
