Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock, returning approximately $42.8 million to shareholders, according to a press release from the company.
The dividend is payable on or about August 12, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2026.
The company also announced the completed sale of its 2014-built very large gas carrier (VLGC) Corsair on July 8, 2026. The sale generated cash proceeds of approximately $81.8 million. Associated debt of $24.2 million was repaid during the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Dorian LPG, based in Stamford, Connecticut, operates a fleet of 26 VLGCs and has offices in Copenhagen and Athens.
