PRF Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRFX) announced an expansion of its DeepSolar Predict platform on July 15, 2026, adding a capability called Battery-to-Revenue Intelligence, which is designed to extend the platform's optimization workflows to battery energy storage assets.
The new capability is intended to connect storage availability, operational constraints and market conditions into decision-support workflows for renewable energy operators. It is designed to evaluate battery operating conditions — including state of charge, availability and charging and discharging behavior — and incorporate those inputs into revenue optimization workflows.
The announcement follows what the company described as a recently completed validation of DeepSolar Predict using real-world European market data. The platform has not yet launched commercially.
PRF also outlined plans for a "What-if Battery Scenario" feature, intended to help asset owners evaluate the potential revenue impact of adding or operating battery storage within a renewable energy portfolio.
The company said it expects Battery-to-Revenue Intelligence to serve as a component of GridFeed, a planned commercial platform for renewable energy trading and market participation built on the DeepSolar Predict engine, which PRF said it intends to introduce more fully in the coming weeks.
"Battery storage is becoming a critical component of renewable energy revenue optimization," said Efi Cohen-Arazi, Chief Executive Officer of PRF Technologies. "We believe the next step is not simply monitoring batteries, but helping operators understand how battery flexibility can support higher-value market decisions."
According to data cited from the International Energy Agency, global battery storage capacity additions reached approximately 108 GW in 2025, up roughly 40% year-over-year. The International Renewable Energy Agency projects installed battery storage capacity to grow to 782 GW by 2030, nearly ninefold from 2023 levels.
PRF Technologies describes itself as focused on pharmaceutical reformulation and AI-driven energy optimization. The information above is based on a company press release.
