The Trade Desk (NASDAQ: TTD) has appointed Kristi Argyilan as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President, according to a company press release. Argyilan will lead the company's data partnerships team, covering identity, measurement, retail media and governance. She will report to founder and CEO Jeff Green and be based in San Francisco, with a start date of July 27.
Argyilan most recently served as Global Head of Advertising at Uber, where she oversaw the company's global advertising business. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Albertsons Media Collective, Roundel and IPG Mediabrands. She also serves on the board of LiveRamp.
"The advertising industry is at an inflection point, and The Trade Desk is uniquely positioned to help marketers navigate what's next," Argyilan said. "I'm excited to join this exceptional team and work alongside our clients and partners around the world as we help them unlock new opportunities for growth through data-driven advertising, measurement and decisioning."
Her appointment is the third C-level hire The Trade Desk has made in recent months, following the additions of Nate Olmstead as Chief Financial Officer and Sarah Gavin as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President.
