Cheniere Energy names former McKesson CFO to its board

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LNG) has appointed Britt Vitalone to its board of directors, effective July 14, 2026, according to a company statement.
Vitalone, who retired in 2026 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McKesson Corporation, has been designated an independent director and assigned to the board's Audit and Compensation Committees.
During his tenure at McKesson, which he joined in 2006, Vitalone oversaw accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, mergers and acquisitions, and tax functions. He also held responsibility for global procurement and sourcing, corporate security, and McKesson's technology organization.
Vitalone currently serves on the board and audit committee of Align Technology, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John Fisher University and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation from the State of New York.
