Cognyte wins ~$5M deal with NATO member nation security agency

Cognyte Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGNT) announced a approximately $5 million agreement with a Tier-1 national security agency in an undisclosed NATO member nation, according to a company press release.

The contract covers Cognyte's tactical signals intelligence (SIGINT) solution to support operational investigations. The company said the agreement expands its presence within the nation's intelligence community, building on existing deployments with other agencies in the same country.

The new customer is located in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Cognyte did not disclose the name of the agency or the country.

"Being selected by a Tier-1 national security agency in a NATO member nation, following successful deployments with other agencies in the country, reflects the trust our platform has earned where it matters most - in operations," said Elad Sharon, Chief Executive Officer of Cognyte.

Cognyte, headquartered in Herzliya, Israel, provides software for investigative analytics to law enforcement, national security and military intelligence agencies.
