D-Wave to move stock listing from NYSE to Nasdaq on July 25

D-Wave Quantum Inc. announced it will voluntarily transfer the listing of its common stock from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Stock Market, effective after market close on July 24, 2026.
The company's shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on July 27, 2026, under the same ticker symbol, QBTS. D-Wave said it has met all Nasdaq listing requirements and expects no disruption to trading during the transition.
"Nasdaq is the marketplace for companies shaping the future of technology," said Dr. Alan Baratz, CEO of D-Wave. "As the first commercial quantum computing company and a leader in delivering real-world quantum performance, D-Wave is well aligned with the innovation Nasdaq represents."
D-Wave, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, provides quantum computing systems, software, and services across both annealing and gate-model platforms.
