Modine names Michael Mahan president of its commercial HVAC unit

Modine (NYSE: MOD), based in Racine, Wisconsin, has appointed Michael Mahan as president of its Commercial HVAC segment, the company announced July 13, 2026.



Mahan will lead the newly formed segment, which provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and heat transfer solutions for the commercial, industrial, and aerospace markets.



Mahan brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the role. He most recently served as president of Crane Payment Innovations, a publicly reported segment of CraneNXT. Before that, he held senior executive roles overseeing multi-billion-dollar global businesses at Schneider Electric, and prior to that, held executive positions at former GE companies.



Mahan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.



Neil D. Brinker, Modine's president and chief executive officer, said in a statement: "His extensive background positioning businesses as industrial technology leaders aligns with our strategic objectives for the CHVAC segment."
